It is situated on the northern slope of Resunga Hill. Dasharatha, a legendary but childless king of Ayodhaya did Yagya (pious donation) at this place. It is said that he got his desire fulfilled after his oblation. So, Ram – LaxmanKuwa (well) has been famous as pilgrimage of miracle. The legend says that Ram and laxman, the sons of King Dasharatha originated a source of water at this point by their divine power and people believe that the level of water of these wells never gets decreased. And the childless couples get their child if they drink water of it.
